Why you want it: Lots of players on my server are asking for custom enchants, this seems like the most stable one that works in 1.7 with tons of enchantments. it is a replica of TheArchon custom enchant system.
Why you deserve it: I love this website, and i intend to use far into the future. I would love if this plugin would be available and it would help me out a ton as well as the players on my servers and im sure many other server players would much enjoy it.
