Disable spigot outdated warn - With this guide you can disable "20 seconds to start server" message.

1 - Create spigot or bungeecord server
2 - Right click on start.bat and select "Edit"​

3 - Add this parameter: "-DIReallyKnowWhatIAmDoingISwear"

4 - Save, open your server and see how that annoying message disappears
