do I get mvp++ ?

I only play skyblock and only care about skyblock specific features. Is there even a single reason to buy mvp++ for skyblock other than to be on the top of the tablist. I dont want to spend like $8 every month for a rank that doesn't even benefit me. I am a casual player and the /nick feature doesn't really appeal to me.
