Does anyone know where the damage from warden helmet places in the damage formula

I have tried both 160% to the additive multiplier, and adding 160 to the base damage value. Neither of the 2 make my numbers add up. Up until adding the warden helmet to the formula, my numbers are precisely correct to the decimal. So I know my formula up until this point isn't the problem. I just can't seem to figure out how the damage from warden helmet is added exactly. The wikis give contradicting info, the item's description is misleading and none of the possibilities I have tried thus...
