Does Hypixel have prejudice against Brazilians?

Even with better ping, better fps, managing to hit more hits and having better items, Brazilians are still at a disadvantage against other players within hypixel, either by bugs, several times the gringos have a lower kb, and give a greater kb, the which makes Brazilians always at a disadvantage, even though they are better in the game.

In addition, I saw many people including friends of mine complaining about unfair bans within hypixel, including myself I was banned out of nowhere!
