Don't allow fishing rods with hooks, lines or sinkers to be used to create minions

I was making a fishing minion. I crafted a vanilla fishing rod and had it in my inventory. I forgot I also had an enchanted fishing rod in my toolbar with a sponge sinker. I used the crafting menu and got to the recipe for fishing minion 1. Pressed craft. And the *#(%&*g craft used the rod with the enchants and sinker instead of my vanilla rod. This wasn't a problem when we didn't use a generic fishing rod as a starter, only as a minion craft. Fix this please.
