Dread change proposal

Not that it needs a buff, or that this is a buff, just an intresting change to add more uniqueness in gameplay

Here is the suggestion:

1. Make ability have 7 eph and deal 11 true dmg
2. Make kill effect of strength and regen 2 last for 7 seconds

Currently ability is 10 eph and 8 damage. That is it takes 10 hits to deal 8 true dmg, which is 0.8 true dmg per hit. 7 eph 11 true dmg is 14 hits for 11 true dmg, giving us a ratio of 0.78 dmg ratio. However it will bwcome thw best cleaning...
