Dungeons causing stuttering.

Whenever me or my coop do any frag runs or anything like that (where we go into a run then leave etc), we get stuttering issues. It only happens after like 5-10 minute of doing frag runs which is the confusing part.

The mods I use are: sbe, sba, sbo, st, sh, neu, blockoverlay, bazaarnotifier, dulkir, dungeonrooms, optifine, patcher, scathapro, and scrollabletooltips

Anyone got any idea what could be causing this?
