dying to t4 eman

I just got an atomsplit and tried to do a t4. First time i tried, i got it to 70M phase, then died. 2nd try, i couldn't even get it to 140M. How can I do t4 without having to spend hundreds of millions on other items.

Things I have:
- Atomsplit (Ultimate Wise)
- Overflux
- Reaper Scythe (M1 Tank Zombies)
- WoA
- Full FD (10K kills, 2/4 Wisdom 5, Mana Vampire 4)

I also do 400k-600k dmg with my atomsplit, any way to make it deal more damage? Also, I don't really know what equipment to use...
