E-Slayer T4 survivability

So I have a very decent FD set, crimson set, and necron set with a decent wardens helm. I use an atomsplit katana and still die during T4 voidglooms. I use a scylla, wand, overflux, and a withercloak when my HP is getting low and I still only manage to kill the boss 50/50. What else can I do?
