Enable commands

It's been a while since this was brought up, so I will again put this out there. Several commands such as /attribute, "/random" (Technically /execute random, but for the sake of simplicity I will refer to it as /random from now on.) /trigger, /gamerule (in command blocks) and more are all disabled in Hypixel SMP. While staff may have a reasonable explanation for blacklisting all these commands, we have no idea what those reasons are, which is why I bring the matter up...
