EU ping

why has my ping been spiking from 90ms to 1300ms. like it makes the game unplayable asf, normally i have around 90-110ms but now randomly i sometiems get 800ms and a few seconds later 300ms and then 500 like hypixel wtf??? on any other games and servers i dont have this issue. how do i fix this or is it just hypixel issue (like always)
