Everyone freezes for 1-2 second except for me

When I play everyone freezes for 1-2 seconds, during that time I can move around the map but can't interact with anything (open chests, hit anyone). But during this time people can hit me, which caused me to lose a huge amount of times. It's not a problem with my internet, the freezes only happen on Hypixel. I also allocated 8gb of RAM to the game. What's the problem? Because of this Hypixel becomes simply unplayable.
