Ferocity Rework/Overhaul

Ferocity right now is a weird stat. It's well known it can lag out lobbies and has niche uses because of that. I propose a simple fix that will make Ferocity way more consistent for damage as well as dealing with the lag issues.

Ferocity would now be a part of the melee and arrow damage calculation. It would be quite simple as well: ((5+BaseDamage)x(1+Strength/100)x AdditiveMultiplier x MultiplicativeMultiplier x BonusModifiers) x (1+CritDamage/100) x (1+Ferocity/100)
