Fervor armor is actually worse than before.

Upon first look, these changes look like a pretty great buff to fervor.

Going from a set bonus that only worked while blocking (even if you had stacks, they only reduced damage while blocking before, meaning you couldnt siphon/vampirism, so it was worse anyway), to one that seems like itd be a once per 5-10s nuke sounds great in theory, until you realise that now you have to attack instead of be attacked to build stacks, which is annoying but sort of fine, and then you look at the actual...
