Foraging Update

I know a lot of people have been suggesting a foraging update, and seeing the pattern in previous updates (i.e. Bestiary for Combat, Garden for Farming, Dwarven Mines Commissions for Mining, Experimentation Table for Enchanting, and Pet EXP sharing for Pet Skill), which is that there's a system for easily gaining Skill XP.
