Forum Setting to Display Threads from Child forums.

It would be useful to have Forum node setting to display the threads from Child forums in the parent forum.
If this setting is active then posting a new thread would require the member to select the Forum.

And similarly, I'd like to have the same for XFRM and XFMG, so that we can display content from child categories in parent categories. This would make it easier for users to find content.
