This will include a full set up of the Forums category's, Prefixes, Reactions, Ranks, Permissions, Themes, and much more! My last website I made over $200 for it. So this is very rare that I only do this for $35.
You do have to pay for the Webhosting which if you don't have one its only $3.00 a month for some services (not owned by me)
