Fps issue

Right guys so ive been getting sick of all these fps drops, i play capped at 100fps my specs: gpu rtx 3060ti, cpu intel core I9-10900k, 32 gb of ddr4 ram.

Is it normal to run at frames like that on my pc? Ive seen alot of people say soopy and ct cause bad fps issues is this true?

Ive turned my render distance down to like 4-6 chunks and ive pretty much done every little tip ive seen and still the same. Any suggestions?
