Gear Progression + Stonking as a proper Feature

I believe that Dungeons as is, it's pretty much a hit or miss for most players.
You either love it, some even only start playing with the objective of playing Dungeons, or you absolutely despise it.

Since it's been a while since Dungeons was even touched at all, I think some changes would be ideal, with the coming of 1.20 around the corner it is specially welcome.

My suggestions vary from simpler ones to be implemented, such as adding new gear to a bit more complex ones.
