ghasts help please

i turned some like 10 blocks on my island to nether biome on stranded and 2 ghasts spawned and i reverted the whole island to plains and the 2 ghasts are still there

and then i log off for a long time and the ghasts are still there firing at me and griefing my chests and island help please how do i ****ing kill them

i cant make a bow either since flint is so damn hard to get for arrows

is there a way to make them piss off
