Guide to melee reforges

I will be using mythic stats for this guide, but all reforges have the same difference if they are the same rarity (Except Withered)

Fabled (Dragon Claw): 75 STR, 50 CD, chance to deal +15% Dmg additive. Despite popular opinion this reforge is nowhere near the dps of almost any other one. Do not put this on anything except GS if you are broke, (but if you are broke just sell GS).
