Hacked account

My account got hacked from a guy on the pit.
He typed in the chat if anyone wanted to join a the pit guild i said that i wanted and after we talk a bit and i added him on discord he invted me on this discord server that asked me to verify. It didn't ask my password so i din't think much of it and verified. he stole my account and changed the email.
i know that i can't have the account back but my concern is that the account will get banned and my brother that plays with the same account as...
