Highest Possible Health for a Non-Dungeon Mob

Today I was fishing in the backwater bayou and caught a titanboa next to a players totem of corruption which meant it had a max hp of 270m thanks to the derpy boost. Im unaware if the runic bonus adds or multiplies these buffs but if it does multiply it again, that means a Corrupted Runic Double Health Derpy Titanaboa would have 1.08 BILLION health. Im curious to see if anything can beat that. lmk if you know any ideas
