Housing player cap becoming a problem?

With housing growing it is only natural that housings will also increase in size, both in player count and quality. While this is great something that isent as great is the amount of players that can be on a house at any given moment. I've seen it happen more and more and has even happened to my own house before where growth is hard capped because it has a limit. If housing is gonna continue to grow this problem needs to be addressed since it will only become a bigger and bigger problem...
