How can I improve my setup for dungeons master mode

Ayo guys,
I'm currently running Master Mode dungeons and would love some advice on how to improve my setup to deal more damage.

Right now, I can comfortably run solo M3 and M3 as an Archer, and I can also clear M4 pretty reliably. I usually play Tank for M4, and things go smoothly as long as the Archers are clearing well. I'm Catacombs level 37 with 1163 Magical Power.

What should I focus on upgrading or changing in my setup to increase my damage output, especially for higher-tier Master...
