How much EHP is recommended for M7 tank?

I know all of the classes in m7 (including tank) generally depends more on skill than ehp, as tanking with relatively low ehp is possible with a good team and perfect use of utilities. I am nowhere near tanking m7 in networth or cata level wise, but I just wanted to have answer to this question to set a measurable goal that I should look forward to.
