How should we introduce our new co-op to the game?

An irl friend wanted to join skyblock yesterday, so we added her to our co-op profile. We have played for quite a bit before, so funnily enough she was instantly skyblock level 46 after joining. Even though she's played similar games before, like Final Fantasy, it's her first time of playing Skyblock and she's also kinda new to Minecraft as a whole.
