How to get Arachne Crystal?

I've just found all 28 relics on the spider island, and after checking skyblock wiki it says i need to talk to shaggy with an arachne fragment to then get a quest to find 7 uber relics.

I've tried to do this but he just says "I hope we find those relics one day" or "The Archeologist might be able to help you find those relics. He's an expert"
When i go back to the Archeologist he just says "I Found an interesting specimen in the spider caves, perhaps theres other stuff to find in there"...
