How to get rid of something at the top of my screen

Hello I've recently switched computers and with this other computer that there's this thing on the top of my screen which seems to advertise things about hypixel. it was really distracting initially but I figured out that I can just make my GUI smaller in settings and it looks better but I would still like to get rid of it.
