how to make party finder not a hellhole (effort)

Party finder is a hellhole. Today, I played 5 f7 runs at cata 29. In the brief 6 minute clear, I had found TWENTY secrets on every run. As for the boss, I was only able to complete ONE run. (I had to carry the entire party through every phase)

You would think setting cata reqs high would counteract monkeys joining your party right? Wrong. Terrible players are found at every level.
That is why today I will be pioneering a new system to allow a new age to begin: dungeons exam.
