How to set up an easy and automated cookie reward for both gaining and weekly reset

I was just experimenting with cookie rewards and made it so that it could change for both when the housing gets cookies and when the weekly cookie reset happens. This should automate everything with the cookie rewards and keep it pretty simple with only 3 functions.
