What does Packet Based mean?
Packets are the information sent via internet to your computer from your server and vice-versa, this means that packet side entities are visible only to players and not for the server, it allows the plugin to prevent chunk loading problems, pet removing problems, incompatibilities with other plugins and also perform better since packet side entities are not managed by Bukkit.
