Hypixel lagging at a certain time always every day at 11 pm UTC + 1

So any other minecraft server i join i have 0 lag. Any other application works perfectly fine without lag, youtube , twitch. Yet for some reason, around this time of day hypixel server lags unbearably bad where i have like a 15 second delay before it does what i pressed. So, does anyone know how i can troubleshoot what the issue is or if theres any fix?
