Hypixel servers suck

I live in a nz and a few of my friends sb and we all complain about how agonizing it is to play on these servers, sometimes it takes like 8 minutes or to even register we've joined the server and connect to it, the ping is horrible at like 200+ always, why can't there just be regional servers or something??? Can't imagine what it's like in aussie as well.
