I CANT JOIN HYPIXEL SERVER!!!

I was able to play hypixel in the morning but in noon as i tried to log in it wasnt even loading it jsut said "Cant connect to the server".. But all the other servers are working fine!! I tried to join in but after waiting for 5 mins it said "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:"
PLEASE HELP
