I don't want Adventurer's Guild in my world with the EliteMobs plugin

I'm trying to set up a Minecraft lore server with custom structures and landmarks made using worldedit, as well as custom mobs. So, I downloaded the EliteMobs plugin and installed it, and my whole world got replaced with the adventurer's guild. I have backups, but is there a way to have the plugin work without the adventurer's guild? I only installed the plugin for the sake of creating custom mobs.
