I have issue with Mojang support, what can I do?

I have opened a ticket with Mojang support because I just noticed that a cape I had on my Bedrock account (the Founder's Cape I redeemed in 2019) is missing...

The thing is that I have gone nowhere for now since the support agent has given me for the second time in a row a reply which is unrelated to what I am talking about ("worlds are stored locally as well as your personal data") and it is clear that he has not even read neither the original ticket nor my reply to his first random answer...

Has anyone had such a bad experience with Mojang support? What can I do to have my issue sorted if their support seems non existant?
