I keep on dying

So I’ve recently started grinding f2 and am using strong dragon armour with a hyper cleaver and can 1 shot most mobs however I find myself taking obscene amounts of damage randomly and a few hits from a zombie crypt will kill me, I find this really frustrating since I cab kill these mobs so easily, is there any armour or anything that can level up my defence in dungeons? Thanks!
