I need a plugin that let me apply fire aspect on axes (Paper 1.18.2)

Hello, me and my friends recently bought a vps and we are now playing on our minecraft server, that currently is set up with paper in 1.18.2 version.

We'd like to be able to put any enchantment we want on any item without going in creative mode, mostly to put fie aspect/knickback on axes since we prefer to use them rather then swords, but we can't find any plugin for that.

We used to have a 1.16.4 server but the plugin that we used in that version is outdated and not working for 1.18.2

If anyone have any tip thanks in advance
