I really need help with LiteBans plugin!

So i've downloaded LiteBans from this site, and when i try to set it up with mysql, on server startup i get this error

The server time zone value 'EEST' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

Please help

From what I can see, it is a timezone problem. I suggest changing your timezone on Litebans to see if that works.
