I think i finally know why obsidian takes so long to break!

Ok so everyone knows that in real life obsidian is like glass and is very sharp but fragile and can break easily. So why does it take so long to break and why can only diamond break it

Well the reason we dont get it when we break it with any other pickaxe is because we shattered it, but with diamonds which are also sharp we can cut it precisely

If everyone already assumed this then i look real dumb right now.
