I want to create (or find) a plugin that allows me to do some custom chunk generation

I want a plugin that allows me to accomplish the following.

Each player has their own mini-world of normal chunks, and I’d like the ability to use a custom world generator.

- The mini world could be around 8 chunks by 8 chunks - The mini world is surrounded by void - The mini-world would be different and regenerated every day the player logs in

How would I accomplish something like this? I can’t even figure out how to generate single chunks, and have been trying to find information about this for hours.

Could someone point me in the right direction or show me what I need to be doing?
