Improved Weapon Evaluation Tool

After getting back into warlords recently, I've been looking for an easier way to analyze my weapons what with minepietro gone (RIP, you will be missed) and /comparetoperfect disabled for some reason. I came across this old post with a spreadsheet that determines weaponscore and individual stat scores for legendaries, but this still required me to spend a whopping ten to fifteen seconds reading for every reroll I wanted to check. Simply unacceptable.
