According to the wiki, hunger is drained from...

• Swimming
• Breaking blocks
• Sprinting
• Jumping
• Attacking
• Taking damage
• Eating Rotten Flesh, Pufferfish, or Raw Chicken

So is it theoretically possible to beat Minecraft without doing any of those things?
