Is it worth changing from mage to archer at this point?

Currently playing mage, want to play archer. Pretty much every single time I've played dungeons I've had a mage in my party, most of the time being my coop.

I've seen archers worse than me (300 mp, combat 30, but cata and class 28) absolutely shred f6 giants. So I'm guessing I would do a ton more damage as an archer. Plus, I'll still be getting mage XP for when I get hype, and my coop will be getting arch xp for when we get term.
