Is there a plugin for custom item textures on PaperMC Aternos servers?

I'm making a minigame on my creative server and I need custom artifacts for it. I was wondering if there was a plugin which would allow me to add custom textures on already existing Items. My second option is map art, but I don't think it would look as I imagine.
