Is there a way to "slow down" the T5 Rev?

Been trying the T5 rev with "ok" damage round 80k and its not too bad my only problem is that the damned thing moves so fast its hard to hit when its running circles around me lol; is there a way to like slow it down or I'm I doing something wrong. Thanks for the feed back
