Is there any plugin that allows glowing to only be visible for teammates?

I am developing a Minecraft event, and I would like to know if there are any existing plugins that allow for fake glowing packets to be created, allowing people on Team 1 to see others on Team 1 glow, while Team 2 can see others on Team 2 glow, etc. I have no idea how to make plugins myself, so I am not looking for help on how to make one, I'm only looking to see if anyone here knows one (or can create one).

I am fully willing to pay if needed, or commission anyone who can create it successfully.
