Item Attribute Salvaging

Currently, you have to transfer over each attribute manually which is quite annoying due to this:

Add a bulk transfer over similar to bulk salvaging.
Make it so bulk salvage will also salvage to the shards (like salvaging old kuudra armor in dungeon hub)
